At CourierPe.com, we strive to provide reliable and transparent courier and logistics services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or returns may be considered.

1. Service Cancellation

• Bookings can be canceled before pickup by contacting our customer support team.
• Once a shipment is collected or in transit, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

• If a payment was made in error or charged twice.
• If the shipment was not picked up due to a CourierPe service failure.
• If delivery was not completed within the committed timeframe (where a guaranteed service was offered).

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Delays caused by incorrect addresses or absence of the receiver.
• Shipments containing prohibited or improperly packaged items.
• Force majeure events such as weather disruptions or government restrictions.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@courierpe.com with your booking details and proof of payment. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case of damage or loss, please file a written claim within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). CourierPe’s liability will be limited to the declared value or as per the service agreement. Additional insurance may be required for high-value shipments.
