You agree to use CourierPe.com only for lawful shipping, courier, and delivery purposes. You may not use our platform to send prohibited, illegal, or restricted items. CourierPe will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

2. Service Scope

CourierPe provides domestic and international courier and shipping services through its own network and partner carriers. While we strive to deliver shipments promptly, delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Prohibited Items

Customers must not ship items that are prohibited or restricted by law, including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous materials (explosives, flammable goods, corrosives)
  • Illegal substances
  • Perishable goods (unless specifically agreed)
  • Currency, precious metals, or valuable documents without prior declaration

CourierPe reserves the right to inspect and refuse shipments that violate these rules.

4. Shipment and Delivery

  • All shipments must be properly packaged, labeled, and documented.
  • CourierPe and its partners may require signatures or proof of delivery.
  • In case the receiver is unavailable, re-delivery or pickup may be arranged as per company policy.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the shipment is handed over to CourierPe.

5. Liability for Loss or Damage

CourierPe’s liability for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value or the maximum liability specified in the applicable service agreement. We do not cover indirect, consequential, or incidental damages such as loss of business or profit. Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance coverage for high-value shipments.

6. Charges and Payments

All applicable rates, surcharges, taxes, and fees are displayed or communicated before booking. Payments must be made in full before or at the time of shipment unless otherwise agreed. CourierPe reserves the right to revise rates and charges at any time without prior notice.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful shipment information.
  • Not interfere with the website or services.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

CourierPe may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourierPe.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Delays, loss, or damage during transit;
  • Acts of nature, customs delays, or third-party handling;
  • Errors or omissions beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability is limited to the actual value of the shipment or the amount paid for the service, whichever is lower.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on CourierPe.com, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by or licensed to CourierPe. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the State of Rajasthan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
